Application of optimization techniques for business decisions using Sociocracy 3.0
The research topic Management evolution through Sociocracy 3.0 comes under ‘Application of optimization techniques for business decisions’. Sociocracy 3.0 (S3) can be called as a framework or a practical guide for evolving agile and resilient organizations. It offers a collection of patterns that help people who work together to clarify why to act, agree on what to do, optimize how, and learn from the results as they continuously transform available means to meet their needs.
Sociocracy 3.0 is an open source guide for evolving agile and resilient organizations. This open source character is very important, because we aspire to make a positive impact on the way people work together. We want to reach far and to make sure that people are benefiting from high quality learning experiences, where the spirit of S3 is preserved with integrity.
S3 is founded by Bernhard Bockelbrink and James Priest. Bernhard is an agile coach, consultant and trainer, supporting organizations in agile transformations and helping them on their way towards an evolved culture of leadership and close collaboration that allows them to sustainably grow great products and services with happy people.
James Priest has 18 years of experience in project management with over a decade supporting intentional communities, organisations and individuals to thrive.
Sociocracy 3.0 is taught as workshops and training courses to become a Practitioner and Teacher of S3. These sessions are conducted around the world through Thrive in Collaboration (a for profit company) registered under the name of James Priest and Liliana Davis.
